Please provide as many details as possible to help us process your request.

When choosing your Delivery Method, please note that:
  • Book or journal loans will be delivered to the Library and you will receive an email when items are ready to collect.
  • Digitised copies of book pages and journal articles will be delivered to your Anglia Ruskin email address using a British Library service called Secure Electronic Delivery. This is the quickest Delivery Method.
  • Photocopies of book pages and journal articles will be posted to students at the term-time address held on e-vision. If you would prefer to collect the photocopy from one of our Library Helpdesks, please use the 'Other Information' section of the form to tell us which site (Chelmsford, Cambridge or Peterborough).
  • Photocopies of book pages and journal articles will be sent in the internal mail to staff at the address held on the Staff Directory.
The request form will also check our library catalogue and direct you to the relevant record if it appears that we already have access to the item you are requesting (see below). You still have the option of continuing with the Interlibrary Loan request if you wish.
