Ask us is a live chat service for students and staff of Anglia Ruskin University.Ask us a question - we can help you with
- Finding online and print resources
- Researching your assignment
- Using and referencing information
- University Library services.
The chat service is available Monday - Friday, 11.00am - 4.00pm. during the semester.
When chat is not available you can ask a question via our online enquiry service or by telephone during staffed hours.
For new chat users:
- Fill in the chat form, including your email address and click chat
- Another browser window will open for the chat session.
- Your call will be picked up by one of our University Library’s "Ask us" team.
- At the end of the session you will receive a transcript of your chat, including any links to web sites used.
- The first time you use the service, an account will be created for you to track your online enquiries. QuestionPoint will keep your questions and answers for 90 days.
