Renewing Your Loans
To renew items on loan, login to the library website and click on the "My Account" link in the gold bar. Click on the "Loans and Renewals" link then select the "Renew All Items" instruction or click on the box next to the title(s) you wish to renew and click on the "Renew Selected" instruction. If you have problems please contact us via the Ask Us service which you can find by clicking on the nearby icon.Please note:
You will not be able to renew any item which is:
- requested by another user
- borrowed from the Short Loan Collection
- a 24 hour loan copy
- very overdue (it is listed as lost on your account)
- has been on loan to you for 365 days

Courtesy Notices
The email service to remind readers that they have items about to become overdue is a courtesy service only. It is the your responsibility to ensure that loans are renewed or returned on time. Due dates are shown on the receipts when items are first issued, and this information can be seen through the 'my account' link on the Library homepage. You can also contact the Library by phone during Library staffed hours.
