Creating a requestTo submit a request, please complete the Interlibrary Loans request form.
Please provide as many details as possible to help us process your request.
When choosing your Delivery Method, please note that:
- Book or journal loans will be delivered to the Library and you will receive an email when items are ready to collect.
- Digitised copies of book pages and journal articles will be delivered to your Anglia Ruskin email address using a British Library service called Secure Electronic Delivery. This is the quickest Delivery Method.
- Photocopies of book pages and journal articles will be posted to students at the term-time address held on e-vision. If you would prefer to collect the photocopy from one of our Library Helpdesks, please use the 'Other Information' section of the form to tell us which site (Chelmsford, Cambridge or Peterborough).
- Photocopies of book pages and journal articles will be sent in the internal mail to staff at the address held on the Staff Directory.
For further information or advice please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Copyright DeclarationWhen completing the form you must also tick the box to confirm that you have read and agreed to the copyright declaration. This is a legal requirement. Under copyright law you are only able to request a photocopy or digitised copy once for private study or non-commercial purposes. Ticking the box is equivalent to an electronic signature.
