If you can't find what you need, you can ask us a question through our online form and we'll get back to you by email.

We respond to 99% of queries the same day (when received Monday to Friday before 17.00), or the next working day (if received after 17.00 or at the weekend or bank holidays).

And you can use our chat service for immediate help and guidance, available 10.00 - 16.00 in semesters 1 and 2.

If you need IT support, please contact +44 (0)1245 684357. IT support is available 24 hours a day.

In person

Visit one of our libraries during staffed hours to speak with our staff at the library Help Desk.

You can also Book a Librarian for specialist subject support, for example if you have started your research and need additional guidance in finding and using information resources.
