Monitoring our performance

The library uses KPIs to regularly monitor our performance. A Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is a measurable value that demonstrates how effectively a company is achieving key business objectives. Organisations use KPIs to evaluate their success at reaching targets.

The University Library has created a number of KPIs to measure how well we're performing.
