Access to the water dispenser on the 2nd Floor in the Chelmsford library was sealed off with yellow ribbons.There should be more drinking water dispensers in the library and there should be more than one in the whole library especially for situations like this.
There should one at the entrance and one on each floor! This should be part of the University Sustainability Strategy to save single use plastic.
