How you can help you improve your wellbeing in the library:

  • Wellbeing Space and Wall - If you’re in the library and need to take some time away for yourself from busy study areas why not visit the Wellbeing Space on the 1st floor in Chelmsford Library or the Wellbeing Wall in Cambridge Library. Take some time for yourself and discover useful leaflets, information and books to support your mental health and wellbeing.
  • Read to relax - Did you know that reading can help reduce your stress levels? Did you also know that your library holds a fiction collection? Search the library website for books you can borrow, you can request books to be sent across to your campus from our other campus libraries.
  • Wellbeing book collections - Take a look at our wellbeing book collections for books on cookery, finance, managing your stress and much more.
  • LinkedIn Learning Wellbeing Playlist - discover short videos and audio in this playlist giving you tips and advice for improving and maintaining your wellbeing
  • Box of Broadcasts - your library gives you access to Box of Broadcasts which stores recorded TV and radio programmes indefinitely for you to enjoy.
