How we measure this

We examine the month in the last 12 months with the longest unplanned closure to our service desk at a single campus and calculate this as a percentage of our open hours during that month.

How often we measure this

These figures are updated annually, and cover the period 1st August 2021 - 31st July 2022.

Comments

We have met the KPI this year. A brief closure was recorded due to staff sickness.
