- Online Enquiry Service If you need help or advice about using any of our Library services, please use this enquiry form to contact us. You can use this form to ask a reference or subject query online and we welcome feedback if you wish to make a general comment, suggestion or complaint.
- Book a 30 minute Appointment with Your Librarian If you are an Anglia Ruskin student or member of staff you can book a 30 minute 1 to 1 appointment with a Librarian who can offer specialist subject advice.
